The project is located at 3650 Loop 534, Kerrville, Texas. New interior construction of a Break Room, Rest Room, Shower, Mechanical Mezzanine and Shop finish out to the existing City of Kerrville Waste Water Service Facility. Construction includes CMU, light gauge metal framing, sealants, metal doors and frames, interior finishes, pre-manufactured aluminum ladder, pre-manufactured metal guard rail, ADA restroom signage, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
