It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for the Armored Vehicle Service for the Transportation of Currency and Coins to be contracted for by the City of Milwaukee for the City Treasurer. All services not specifically mentioned, which are regularly furnished in order to provide Armored Vehicle Service for the Transportation of Currency and Coins shall be furnished at the bid price and shall conform to that usually provided by the practice indicated in this specification
