AUCTION OF SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY Notice is hereby given by the City of Lewiston that surplus city property and unclaimed stolen & found property held by the Police Department will be sold to the highest bidders through an on-line auction site, www.PropertyRoom.com. Items will be available for viewing and bidding commencing June 14, 2012 with items added on a rolling basis until everything is sold. Registration is not required to view items, but is required to bid. All shipping and taxes, including use tax when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are "AS IS." Surplus items include cameras, bikes, scooters, coins, jewelry, radars, laptops, automotive repair parts, A/C recycler, antifreeze recycler, office supplies, and water meters. NOTE: You will not be able to tell which items came from Lewiston. All of our items are shipped to California, where PropertyRoom sorts, groups, and catalogs before posting to their website.
