MassCor is seeking to establish a list of qualified vendors to provide assorted components for flag making such as: flag material, polyester, cotton and heavy duty nylon, flag fields, flag blanks, miscellaneous materials, flag supplies and accessories. These products are not currently available on state contract in the sizes, quality or quantity needed by a manufacturing plant. Vendors may bid on all components defined in this RFR or bid on one or more of the components; flag blanks, flag materials; heavy duty nylon, 2 ply polyester, cotton bunting; miscellaneous materials; duck halyard, white mesh, industrial grade rawhide netting. MassCor reserves the right to add or delete materials as it deems necessary. There will also be a miscellaneous market basket component for other flag related supplies and accessories.
