The work generally consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment, mobilization and maintenance of traffic for improvements to South Triplet Lake Drive between Southcot Drive and Queens Mirror Circle. Work includes pavement reconstruction, concrete sidewalk, sanitary sewer construction, landscape, drainage, curb and gutter, decorative pavers (alternate bid item), signing and markings. The Contractor shall note that there are alternate bid items included in this contract for streetscape items.
