The City of Delano is requesting proposals from qualified firms to prepare a comprehensive 5-year Recreation, Parks and Rental Facilities Master Plan. The consultants will collect and analyze data to develop goals, objectives, policies and standards for the City's recreational program development, operations of parks and recreation facilities, and operations of the City's community rental facilities.
