The project is a shell and core renovation of the three story 31,800st Olympia building. Includein the renovation is an extensive structural update including replacement of the majority of interior colums and floor/roof slabs, repalcement of all storefront and windows and a new membrane roof system. The exterior building facades will be kept intact and renovated or repaired as needed. The design is based upon historical photos found and input from the Urban design Commission and SPI-I Design Review Committee. Also included in the current scope of work is the following exteriror site work.
