The Long Island Power Authority d/b/a Power Supply Long Island ("LIPA") is soliciting one or more qualified suppliers to provide up to 230 MW of installed capacity to be delivered to the Cross Sound Cable for export to New York and hereby invites proposals from qualified entities in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP").
