The Project (CMAQ Project C-4916A) consists of construction of sidewalk and it will extend from the east side of NC Hwy 3 (Dale Earnhardt Boulevard) between Hudson Street and a point 400 feet west of US Hwy 29 (Cannon Boulevard). The proposed sidewalk is approximately 4,500 linear feet.
