The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Instrumentation Laboratory, of Bedford, MA, for the continued performance of Cost per Patient Reportable Result (CPRR) and Cost per Test (CPT) for Clinical Laboratory Analyzers providing analyzers along with the hemostasis products to perform Coagulation testing for VISN 23 veterans as indicated within the contract documents. NAICS code # 325413, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
