Small Procurement (SP) / Work Plan Implementation - Polo Grounds Towers, Manhattan. Contractor will provide report for all associated work as describe in SSIW Scope of work (see documents, approved by DEC) within 90 days. Contractor is also responsible for all permits, sidewalk replacements if any, drums removal, and all other requirements in order to perform/conclude their responsibility completing assignments (for more information see attached contractors responsibilities). Contractor will provide the best Method of drilling to obtain desired goal for Boring, Monitoring and recovery wells. No Change order allowed.
