A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. Contractor shall furnish management, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials, and perform work to repair and resurface existing paved roads, parking lots, storm drain inlets, curbs, gutters. Project shall include re-striping of parking lots, curb painting, and parking lot sign painting. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment, which will remain operational during the project duration.
