The scope of work includes the construction of a two-story 26,300 SF Nave addition, a 700 SF Kitchen addition and renovation of 13,750 SF of space within the existing church. The work will include selective demolition within the existing space to convert the existing Nave into a new Parish Hall with classroom space. The new construction includes a new Narthex, Choir Loft and Choir Rehearsal spaces, and is to be brick veneer over metal stud framing with a two-stop elevator, new windows and doors, partitions, ceilings, HVAC and electrical systems and the installation of new interior finishes.
