The purpose and intent of this RFQ is to establish a contract with qualified vendor(s) for the purchase of Band Uniforms, Costumes and Formal Wear. By mutual agreement of the parties, a time limit for completion shall be determined for each job based on the extent of work to be performed.In the event of any situation where the awarded vendor cannot complete the work and/or provide the needed service within the time frame required, the School District of Lee County reserves the right to purchase the service from a competing vendor and/or use other vendors without breaching this contract. The successful vendor(s) is required to be familiar with and comply with all current federal, state and local laws, codes, rules, regulations and policies. Services shall comply with all governing codes and regulations and shall meet or exceed the accepted standards of the industry; the awarded vendor(s)shall be responsible for the compliance and/or the supplying of licenses, bonds and insurance (where applicable).
