The Southern California Public Power Authority ("SCPPA"), on behalf of its Member utilities1 is offering funding for the demonstration of innovative and emerging electric technologies that would benefit electric utility customers in Southern California. The technologies must be related to the efficient usage, storage, management, distribution, or generation of electric energy. The intent of the funding is to support demonstrations, pilot projects or trial implementations that will prove the effectiveness of or promote the market for innovative and emerging electric technologies.
