The City of Mount Dora is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction,Engineering and Inspection services for the Tremain Street Greenway Project, and the Donnelly Street Sidewalk, Streetscape Project. This project is being funded through a Federal Grant and the Florida Department of Transportation. Construction and CEI services for converting Tremain Street from a two-way, undivided residential street to a one-way, 10-foot wide residential access road and a 10-foot wide, asphalt shared –use trail with a raised median separation. The project includes asphaltic concrete pavement, milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter, concrete driveway and sidewalk reconstruction, landscaping, hardscaping, signing, and pavement marking. The project limits are from Fifth Avenue to Lincoln Avenue, a total project length of 0.497 miles.
