The Port of Olympia (Port) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services for properties owned by the Port. Tasks include, but are not limited to, mowing, seeding, fertilizing, aeration, plant bed preparation, seasonal planting, mulching, and weeding as described under the Scope of Services section. General Scope of Services The Landscaping Contractor, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", will provide and perform all landscaping and grounds maintenance services in a professional and timely manner for the areas identified below. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, traffic control, transportation, and other items necessary to complete landscaping and grounds maintenance services in accordance with the attached Scope of Services (Attachment A). In completing the work associated with these services, the Contractor must adhere to the Port's Integrated Pest Management Policy 118 as shown in Attachment B. Refer to the Request for Proposal document for detailed instructions and scope of work.
