The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines, Iowa intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to provide all tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary for completion of general construction project 636A6-11-915, "Solar Panel Site Prep", at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines, Iowa, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This project will consist of items necessary for the installation of solar panels. The work includes but is not limited to general construction, electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and certain other items.
