The scope of work will be to provide Fundamental and Enhanced Building Commissioning services in conjunction with the new construction and renovation. The Student Recreation Center consists of approximately 16,560 square feet of new gym space, 3,200 square feet of new fitness space, and 17,000 square feet of remodeled and repurposed existing space plus some additional HVAC provisions in connecting spaces. The project is currently concluding Schematic Design. The project is being designed, constructed, and registered in accordance with the United States Green Building Council USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design LEED rating.
