Call To Update Vendor Lists For Maintenance Materials And Equipment

The purpose of this Call is to update our Vendor Lists for maintenance materials and equipment the County expects to rent for the time period from June 1st, 2013 to October 31st, 2013. The County will use the Vendor Lists to solicit at least 3 quotes for each item or piece of equipment rented to insure that a competitive price is obtained. When purchasing material or renting equipment, County Representatives will consider cost, location, availability and any other factors that may contribute toward the County obtaining the best value for its money.
