Project Description & Purpose The project improvementswill include reconstruction of the existing asphalt concrete roadway. Other work will include removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and driveway aprons, as necessary. Water and gas valves, as well as manholes within the roadway, will be adjusted to the new pavement surface. New permanent pavement markings will be placed.
