Description: The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (LSCDVAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio, 44106 anticipates soliciting sources and subsequently awarding a contract for the construction project known as "Reconfigure Main Atrium". The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and travel, to perform work under this project. The work will include but not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. The location of the work will be at the above stated address. The solicitation will be issued as an "Invitation for Bid" conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 14, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures therein. This Notice is for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the Set-Aside program. The solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS in accordance with 38 U.S.C. & 8127, for the Department of Veteran Affairs, "Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern".
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The period of performance shall be 120 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
