Provides to Adult Day Care Centers up to 4.00/meal based on Components of Meal Cost form toward the cost of lunches served to eligible persons attending licensed adult day care centers. Eligible people are age 60 or older and pay privately for the service; i.e., the adult day care service is not paid by Medicaid or Senior Care or other government program in which lunch is included in the payment to the adult day care. Eligible persons must be given an opportunity to make voluntary donations for the meals and the donations must be forwarded to the County. Reports that document service must be included with monthly invoices.
