The Technical Offer to pre-qualify Subcontractors/Prime Trade Contractors will be received on a continuous basis, by the Montgomery County Board of Education, Division of Construction, 45 West Gude Drive, Suite 4300, Rockville, Maryland 20850, for all major construction projects anticipated to be bid during FY2013–2014. All Technical Offers will be delivered to the Division of Construction, 45 West Gude Drive, Suite 4300,Rockville, Maryland 20850, after which they will be reviewed and scored. It is the intent of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) to technically qualify subcontractors/prime trade contractors for all projects equal to or less than the largest scope of projects they have successfully completed. Only Technical Offerors receiving a minimum technical offer score of 75 points will be considered qualified to bid projects.
