Brown County is seeking offers from developers with demonstrated experience in the rehabilitation, development, management and adaptive reuse of historic properties. The criteria for reviewing offers include: • A focus on public or private use, and preservation of the Brown County Mental Health Center (MHC) structure; • A proposal that is responsive to neighborhood concerns; • A commitment to creating an environmentally responsible rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the structure; • A financially sound proposal that will not require County funding, and; • An end-use and program structure that is compatible with adjacent Brown County uses and possible future development of vacant Brown County-owned property. All responses to this OTP are due to Brown County Purchasing. Submit is a sealed envelope marked "Project 1392A Offer to Purchase Brown County Mental Health Center." No OTP may be faxed or e-mailed.
