The project includes all applicable labor, materials, equipment, and services and any and all other items necessary to perform landscape improvements for the City of Bellaire, Texas, including, but not limited to: 1) demolition and grading; 2) concrete walk and plaza; 3) site lighting; 4) site furniture; 5) pavilion; 6) utilities, including storm drainage, water lines, electrical; and 7) demolition of existing conditions.
