The awarded Bidder shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following work and complete the project as per the specifications contained in this solicitation. All work described in these specifications shall be performed by the awarded Bidder's personnel and the expense of all such operations shall be borne by the awarded Bidder. The awarded Bidder shall provide its own equipment, labor and supplies, as well as any other material necessary to complete the required work. The awarded Bidder shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of its own equipment and the availability, presence, and supervision of its employees
