Project Description & Purpose Improvements on East Nugget Avenue will include rehabilitation of the existing roadway section, correction of localized drainage deficiencies,and installation of a cul-de-sac at the eastern terminus. Incidental work will involve adjustment of manhole and valve covers, permanent striping ,and addition of some concrete curb & gutter on the south side of the street. Rehabilitation of Red Rock Road is planned to include pavement preservation via cold in-place recycling and overlay. Incidental work will involve shouldering and other miscellaneous roadside safety improvements.
