The citywide landscape maintenance program provides for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of all landscaped areas located within the City of La Quinta's right-of-way (within Landscape and Lighting Assessment District 89-1). The work consists of maintenance and repair of all planting and irrigation facilities in the median islands, parkways, retention basins, and civic facilities.
