The project includes all applicable labor, materials, equipment, and services and any and all other items necessary to perform landscape maintenance services for the City of Bellaire, Texas, including, but not lmiited to: 1) lawn care; 2) care, maintenance, and/or change of trees, shrubs, color beds, and ground cover; 3) litter pick up from lawn, grounds, and trash receptacles; and 4) adjustments of irrigation systems.
