Scope of Services Preakness Healthcare Center is seeking Physiatrists to provide timely on-site physiatry services in accordance with Federal and State Regulations for long-term care facilities. Preakness Healthcare Center is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services as a skilled nursing facility (406 beds). Resident populations include subacute, long-term care, mental health, Special Care Behavioral Management, Alzheimer's and Dementia, Hospice and ventilator dependent with hemodialysis services.
