The proposed improvements shall include construction of curb adjacent sidewalk, new ADA compliant curb ramps, upgrade of existing curb ramps to current ADA standards, and driveway approaches along Calle Sinaloa and Avenue 52 and other incidental items including, but not limited to, demolition of existing improvements, removal and relocation of landscape improvements, and relocation of existing traffic control and directional signage necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the plans, specifications and other provisions of the contract.
