A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, March 7, 2013 at the Washington County Airport, 205A Airport Road, Washington, PA 15301. Attendance is highly recommended as this will be the only time to view site prior to bid submission. CD's of the bid package can be obtained free of charge at the Purchasing Department. There is a $5.00 mailing charge. Paper bid packages are $100.00 at the Purchasing Department. Bid packages will be mailed for a non-refundable fee of $20.00.
