The South Dakota Lottery (Lottery) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information, recommendations, and advice regarding a rewards program for buyers (players) of lottery instant scratch ticket games, lottery on-line (lotto) ticket games, and Video Lottery games. Qualified vendors are asked to present their services for these programs in a way that offers the most practical solutions to the Lottery. Vendors may submit responses based on any one or any combination of the aforementioned lottery game types.
