CITY OF WAUWATOSA PURCHASING DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OFFICIAL NOTICE PROPOSALS REQUESTED: Formal Sealed proposals (in duplicate) will be received until 11:01 AM, March 6, 2012, at the City of Wauwatosa Purchasing Department, 7725 W North Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI, 53212. The proposals are for furnishing a crossing guard program for approximately thirty-five (35) locations in Wauwatosa, all in accordance with our specifications dated February 15, 2012, and our bid form. The proposals shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee, in the form of the a bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the estimated annual fee. All bid prices shall be firm for the life of the contract subject to acceptance of bids within 30 days from the date of bid opening. Unit price to govern. Note: Collusion between bidders is cause for rejection of all the involved bids. The City of Wauwatosa reserves exclusively to itself the right to reject any and all bids, or accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City and to waive any or all technicalities or informalities in submitted bids. No bid, alterations, or modifications to bids shall be allowed after bid opening.
