1.3 Scope of Services The building should preferably be a single story structure, although other structures will be considered, of approximately 40,000 square feet in size for the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) office and warehouse. A larger structure may be submitted, approximately 55,000 SF that would allow a build-out for the SOE and for a separate build-out of space for additional county offices. The building should be located near an established RTS public bus route and have approximately 100 parking spaces and bicycle racks to provide parking for roughly 10 bicycles. The respondent should provide a turnkey project for the space that should meet or exceed the following requirements: Ramp or Loading Dock Parking for bicycles and automobiles (described above) Emergency Backup Generator; 100% ADA accessible and satisfy all requirements
