The subject line of the e-mail must clearly denote the title of the RFP for which questions are being asked. All questions and answers will be shared with all the Proposers receiving this RFP. In order to be considered, each proposer must demonstrate experience in performing the same or similar scope of Services as those outlined in the referenced Scope of Services, Section II (2.2); Proposer`s Certification, Cisco Certified Gold Partner and demonstrate Required Technical Experience. NYCHA will consider only Proposals from Cisco Certified God Partners. The proposal should contain sufficient details to enable NYCHA to evaluate it in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section VI-Evaluation Criteria of this RFP. The evaluation of a Proposal may be negatively affected by any exceptions taken by the Proposer to any part of this Solicitation pursuant to Section 4.15. NYCHA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to consider any exception that is not so identified in a Proposer`s Proposal. Proposer must be Cisco Certified Gold Partner. Proposers electing to obtain a non-electronic paper document will be subject to a $25 non-refundable fee; payable to NYCHA by USPS-Money Order/ Certified Check only for each set of RFP documents requested. Remit payment to NYCHA Finance Department @ 90 Church Street/6th Floor; obtain receipt and present it to 12th Floor/ General Services Procurement Group. A RFP package will be generated at time of request. Proposers should refer to Section III Proposal Submission Requirements and Section III Proposal Content Requirements, of this RFP for details on the submission procedures and requirements. Each proposer is required to submit three (3) signed originals of its Proposal and three (3) CD`s each containing the full proposal as a PDF.
