RFSQ - Airplane Maintenance, Engineering and Repair Services. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (Department) is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) seeking qualified companies (Vendors) to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide as-needed Airplane Maintenance, Engineering and Repair Services that will supplement work being performed by Department staff. Vendors awarded a Master Agreement shall provide services for major overhauls of dynamic components, engines and engine accessories, engineering support, structural airframe repairs, and various non-critical component repairs.
