This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Buffalo, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about December 14, 2012 to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the Buffalo Exit Light Improvement Project, Project No. 528-12-100. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable standards and regulations as detailed or specified in the Solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5 Million.
