The County shall provide flat printed press sheets (up to 19" x 25") for the following finishing/binding operations to be performed by the contractor: 1. Bookbinding to include "saddle stitching" or "perfect binding". Flat printed press sheets (signatures) provided by County are to be folded, gathered bound and three-knife trimmed to specified finish size of book. (Contractor to state number of signature pockets available in saddle stitcher and/or perfect binder and finished book trim size limits.) 2. Folding to include but not limited to half fold, tri-fold, right-angle fold, gate-fold, re-fold, or double parallel fold. 3. Collating of flat sheets with or without slip sheeting, side stapling, or punch binding. (Contractor to state number of signature pockets available in collator and any in-line finishing options.) 4. Punch binding to include but not limited to plastic coil, "GBC" comb, "Wire-O" twin-loop. 5. Shrink wrapping. 6. Wafer tabbing/sealing. 7. Plastic laminating.
