The County of Los Angeles (County) Internal Services Department (ISD) hereby issues this Request For Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to Vendors to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) responses that will be used to qualify multiple Vendors to provide information technology services to the County. Each Vendor demonstrating that it meets this solicitation's skills, experience, and insurance requirements will be invited to enter with the County into an Information Technology Support Services Master Agreement (Master Agreement) and become an Eligible Contractor. Under the Master Agreement, each Eligible Contractor will be included, depending on demonstrated qualifications, in one or more Skill Categories that describe specific information technology skills. As County work requirements arise during the term of the Master Agreement, Eligible Contractors in the applicable Skill Categories will be solicited for bids or proposals to perform under a Master Agreement Work Order. The only compensation made to Eligible Contractors under the Master Agreement will be through satisfactory work performed under such Work Orders.
