The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (hereinafter referred to as "COURT") is seeking qualified law firms/attorneys to enter into a Master Agreement with COURT to provide as-needed professional legal services. The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (hereinafter referred to as "RFSQ") is to select qualified providers of professional legal services (hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTORs") to enter into a Master Agreement with COURT. The end result will be a pool of pre-qualified CONTRACTORS for the provision of professional legal services. Any resultant Master Agreement is not an exclusive Agreement. The execution of a Master Agreement does not guarantee any minimum amount of business. Prospective CONTRACTORs that can meet or surpass the minimum qualifications as set forth in Section 4.0, CONTRACTOR's Minimum Qualifications, Part A - General Information, of this RFSQ are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (hereinafter referred to as "SOQ").
