This is a pre-solicitation notice to announce that the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency/National Emergency Training Center, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), HSFE20-12-B-0023 for Site Upgrade of Interior Water Mains; Replacement of all Campus Sprinkler Heads;Inspection of Campus Storm and Sewage Lines. All work is to be performed at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, MD. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to accomplish the work.IFB ISSUANCE DATE: The anticipated issuance date of the IFB is on or about May 29, 2012, with an anticipated closing date of July 2, The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Note: There will be a public bid opening for this requirement. The IFB will be posted and available for download at the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov) on or about May 29, 2012.
